Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a CRNA for a full-time opportunity at Halifax Health Medical Center. Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach is a 678-bed hospital. All major medical and surgical services are available. The 24-hour emergency department (ED) includes the area's only Level II Trauma Center and the only Pediatric ED.
Highlights of this opportunity include:
·Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 8 physicians and 30 CRNA’s
·19 OR’s plus cardiac, OB, and cath lab
·Case mix: General surgery, orthopedic, GI, obstetrics, gynecology, vascular, urology, cardiovascular, thoracic
·Minimal call; Flexible Scheduling with multiple shift times
·$20k start date bonus with 2 year commitment
