Opened in 1954, GSMC offers medical services such as general surgery, cardiovascular, critical care, OB/Gyn, and sleep therapy with the latest in state of the art equipment. This facility offers a Level 3 Emergency Room that is open 24 hours a day. Good Shepherd Community Hospital has over active 40 physicians on staff. In 2011, this medical center was ranked Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the nation.
