Employer Terms and Conditions

Employment Law:

When posting jobs on HospitalRecruiting.com client is responsible for complying with all employment and equal opportunity laws, and for ensuring that their job posting(s) comply with all state and local laws.

Image Policy:

Client must have legal ownership of any and all images uploaded to HospitalRecruiting.com. Client may also upload images it is legally entitled to use such as Public Domain or Creative Commons images with proper attributions.

Account Security:

This agreement allows the Client to have job posting and candidate database access for one company operating under a single company name. Client agrees not to share, distribute, or resell their HospitalRecruiting account, or the username(s) and password(s) associated with their account. Only officers, owners, or employees of the client company may have access to HospitalRecruiting.com and client is responsible for changing passwords when it’s employees, officers, or owners leave the company.

Candidate Database Policy:

The candidate database is to be accessed by human employees of the client only (no bots, crawlers, or other automated scraping tools). Client agrees to perform candidate searches only for legitimate job opportunities. Client agrees to not share, sell, or redistribute any candidate information obtained through HospitalRecruiting.com’s candidate database, and to make reasonable effort to prevent such actions.

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

A three month minimum commitment is required on all subscription packages. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time (after the initial three month period) by phone, 800-244-7236 or via email, info@hospitalrecruiting.com. Cancellations shall become effective on the last day of the current month’s subscription.

Conflict of Interest Policy:

Client company represents that it is not a competing job board, and that it will not use HospitalRecruiting.com’s candidate database for the purpose of populating or transferring candidates to any other job board. Client further represents that it’s employees do not own, operate, or work for job boards, and that it’s other affiliated companies are not job boards. If client company violates this policy then candidate database access may be removed from client account, and/or client account may be terminated without refund at HospitalRecruiting.com’s discretion.

Indemnity:

Client shall indemnify HospitalRecruiting.com, LLC and each of it’s owners and employees, and hold each such person or entity harmless from and without liability from any service outages, loss, damage, or claim arising from, or in connection with this agreement or through the advertising of it’s jobs on HospitalRecruiting.com’s website, including any costs and expenses associated with defense against any such claims or liability.

Termination:

HospitalRecruiting.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate client access to it’s website and candidate database at any time if it determines client is in breach of any of these terms and conditions.
