The Case Coordinator collaborates with clients by assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, advocating, monitoring, and evaluating options and services, to meet the individuals’ health care needs.
RN license, preferably BA/BS/BSN, 5 years acute hospital experience.
Completion of Clinical experience in NLN accredited school preferred. Additional experience required based upon specific department needs. Current NJ RN Licensure required. Current American Heart Association CPR/BLS preferred. National certification preferred.
Founded in 1917, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway is a 265-bed acute care hospital, serving Union and Middlesex counties.
