7 day doc shifts
1 APP for nights (May change to the nocturnist schedule)
Census 22 encounters is average
ED covers codes
Admissions are distributed in blocks from the ED
OPEN ICU (Questcare has the contract, takes care of days and nights on-call)
NEED: Day docs but if we put nights in place, will need to rotate through all shifts
