Serves as an expert of data analysis and reporting functions for division staff and management. Creates, produces and analyzes various statistical analysis and metric reports. Provides support and application development for the Talent Management system. Serves as a representative concerning fiscal and budgetary matters as needed.



-Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.


- Must have three years of experience in analysis of healthcare or business related data.

- Prefer experience in reporting, accounting, or human resources.

Equivalent Education and/or Experience:




Skills or Special Abilities:

- Must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge and ability to use PeopleSoft, enterprise Talent Management system, and other applications as needed.

- Must have excellent customer service skills.

-Must have a working knowledge of HR metrics.

-Must be able to prepare scorecards and reports.

-Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel and external institutions.

-Must be able to develop technical documentation in support of developing or enhancing enterprise Talent Management systems.

-Must have the ability to create and deliver presentations to groups varying in size and diversity.

-Must have advanced computer skills, including skill with developing materials within MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint software programs.

-Must be proficient in word processing, spread sheet and database management software packages.

-Must have proven organizational and time management skills.

-Must be detailed oriented.
