Banner Health / Banner Children’s Specialists (BCS) is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join a well-established program in the Phoenix metro area.
The ideal candidate will be board certified/board eligible, possess strong clinical team building and interpersonal relationship skills along with proven training and experience as a Pediatric Hospitalist. The physician hired will be based at Cardon Children’s Medical Center (CCMC). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in a collaborative work environment within an integrated healthcare system.
Cardon Children's Medical Center (CCMC), Mesa, AZ:
CCMC, located on the campus of Banner Desert Medical Center (BDMC), is a state-of-the-state 260-bed children’s care facility that opened in November 2009 and provides comprehensive pediatric care, including a 24-bed pediatric intensive care unit with specialized services for specific childhood diseases. With a growing cardiac service line, CCMC now has 104 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit beds and staffed with 24/7 Intensivists. CCMC’s newly expanded Pediatric Emergency Department provides specialized emergency care for kids of all ages and includes 26-beds. Pediatric Trauma Services are planned to open soon. There are more than 240 pediatric physicians on staff covering more than 27 specialties providing a full range and scope of services. The mission of our Hospitals is to promote and advance the health and wellness of hospitalized infants, children, and young adults with acute life-threatening illness.
