The Division of Surgery at Banner-MD Anderson Cancer Center is actively recruiting for a Breast Surgeon to join our team at the Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center campus in a West Valley suburb of Phoenix. Banner MD Anderson seeks a surgeon with Breast Surgical Oncology experience/training to join a breast only practice. Qualified candidates must be experienced with working with multidisciplinary teams of cancer specialists and be committed to focus on this specialty while building on existing program with additional team members. Candidates should have excellent clinical training, a strong interest in clinical research and are required to be board certified or board eligible. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a program with the current excellent well trained staff of surgical oncologists with Banner MD Anderson.
The Division of Surgery currently includes 15 clinicians who provide outstanding surgical care for patients with all types of malignancies. Designed with experts from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, the center has an evidence-based design and state-of-the-art technologies including advanced surgical tools, the Da Vinci robotics system and advanced treatment capabilities. This is an exciting and exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated Surgeon with oncology experience to practice in a cutting edge, multidisciplinary regionally dominant cancer center.
