Envision Physician Services is partnering with HCA’s Chippenham and Johnston-Willis Medical Center to grow their Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and expand our growing footprint in the Capital Division. We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioners interested in partnering with Neonatologists continue to develop its Level III NICU service and manage the care of newborns. Chippenham and Johnston Willis’s NICUs have 15-beds and 11-beds respectively, and their top three strategic initiatives are to increase NICU volumes and ancillary support and further develop their NAS program to care for those patients in need. Infection prevention and the reduction of NEC in the NICU are the top quality initiatives that the unit plans to focus on.

· Staffing Model: 3 Neonatologists and 7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
· Schedule: (10) 16-hr night shifts per month
o Schedule may change once permanent FTEs are identified
o 8-hr shifts on the weekend will be covered by a .5 position
