Full-time Cardiology NP or PA Needed to Join Practice in Round Rock, TX
Austin Heart is currently seeking a fulltime mid-level provider (NP or PA) to work with a cardiologist specializing in Advanced Heart Failure. The NP or PA is responsible for conducting rounds on patients, performing assessments, coordinating and evaluating the plan of care and planning discharges under the direction and supervision of the supervising cardiologist. The NP or PA will also coordinate care for congestive heart failure patients (medication titration, post-discharge follow-up and education) under the direction and supervision of the cardiologist. CHF experience is preferred. The candidate must have a strong background in EHR and other computer skills, as well as possess high level organizational and communication skills.
