Envision Physician Services is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Breast/Body Radiologist for our practice at the Detroit Medical Center. Candidates may be fellowship trained in women’s imaging, or have completed a body imaging fellowship and have expressed interest in women’s imaging. The Detroit Medical Center system is composed of four adult hospitals, offering a variety of practice settings and pathology. Detroit Medical Center is also home to one of the Midwest’s largest radiology residency programs, and trains medical students from two established and highly regarded medical schools.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be comfortable with all aspects and modalities of body and breast imaging • Be able to perform body imaged procedures • Have demonstrated proficiency and expertise in mammography, breast MR, breast ultrasound, and breast interventional procedures.
• Meet all requirements of the MQSA.
• Be an effective clinical consultant and colleague
• Be engaged in radiology resident and medical student education, and have an interest in scholarly activity.
Applicants must be ABR/AOBR certified / eligible and be Fellowship trained in Body/Breast Imaging.
An active MI state medical license is preferred, but not essential.
