Envision is seeking a board certified FP, IM or EM Physician to join their Ingalls Family Urgent Care Centers in Calumet City, IL. Nocturnist preferred. J-1 Visas accepted.
{Note: Physicians are cross-credentialed at three locations in Calumet City, Tinley Park and Flossmoor, as part of the healthcare system}
Position Profile:
- Annual volumes range from 5,000 - 30,000 depending upon location
- 18 ED beds Calumet City, 10 ED beds Flossmoor, 8 ED beds Tinley Park
- Scribes, Techs, Nurses and Advanced Practice Provider coverage
- Lab and Radiology on-site (CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, MRI)
- EPIC EMR
