The Department of Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh seeks additional faculty for the areas of colon and rectal, general and trauma, hepato-pancreato-biliary, oncology, pediatric, transplantation and vascular surgery, tenure and non-tenure stream. Candidates must have completed an accredited surgery residency procram, be BE/BC and committed to providing quality clinical care, teaching and research. Working closely with the Department’s academic partner, the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, the department’s surgeons pioneer and refine surgical procedures to provide leading-edge, compassionate care to patients who require surgical services in a wide range of specialties.
The department is composed of seven divisions, including the following:

- Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Surgery
- Pediatric Surgery
