Ponderosa Family Physicians have practiced in this newly renovated location on a major Aurora suburban commuting artery for 38 years. The best fit will be a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with excellent training, able to appreciate the rarity of a mature, stable, superbly functioning group private practice. This is a tremendous opportunity to step into an established practice with a strong patient base. Practicing candidates available in 2020 and residents completing training in summer 2020 will be considered.
This group culture is very teamwork-oriented with extensive consultation between the physicians. No drama, no egos-just well-aligned incentives and goals. 25 staff members (no mid-levels) are seasoned, well trained, and very good at supporting highly productive Family Physicians.
* 4 days a week and 1 weekend every 9 weeks; Call is 1:9
