A private non-profit behavioral health organization one hour from Boston, Massachusetts has an opening for a Psychiatry-Chief Medical Officer to join them.
Practice
- Monday through Friday work week
- Additional pay for on-call. The Call is weeknights only (telephonic) shared with several providers
- Staff supervision, clinical care, fiscal accountability, risk management, long and short-range planning of services to the community
- Full benefits including 403b retirement and funds for CME
- Leading compensation plan
