RN / Registered Nurse and CST / Certified Surgical Technologist - First Assist and PreOp / PACU

Mission-Driven, non-profit hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse / RN to work in a Pre-Op / PACU role and a second RN / Registered or CST / Certified Surgical Technologist Nurse to work in a First Assist role in southeast New Mexico in the Roswell / Carlsbad area! Open to new grads

• $80k / yr

Pre-Op/PACU Role:

• $55,000 – 77,000 / year depending on experience
• Sign on bonus

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time position, M-F days, light on call
• Nurse will see 3-4 patients per day on average
• First Assist role – perform surgical preparation procedures, perioperative and post-operative procedures
• Pre-Op/PACU role – deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process

Background Profile:

• 1 year relevant experience, First Assist will preferably have ortho experience
• Current New Mexico license and BLS required. ACLS, PALS preferred.
• Graduated of an accredited School of Nursing
• Open to new grads
