Nurse Practitioner For Expanding Palliative Care Team In Central North Carolina
An award-winning healthcare organization in Central North Carolina seeks experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioners.?They have both an inpatient and an outpatient position available. Outpatient Palliative Care NP will treat patients across multiple settings, including long-term care facilities and patient homes within the Moore, Lee, and Hoke Counties service area.
Practice
- 11-bed Hospice House located on a serene 30-acre campus
- Collaborate with seasoned providers and professionals
- The dependable schedule offers work-life balance-Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
- At least 2 years of experience in Hospice and Palliative Care, end-of-life care, or geriatrics required
- Local travel required between facilities
