Tenet Healthcare is actively seeking a Hematologist-Oncologist to join an established private practice located in Atascadero, CA, in the north of San Luis Obispo County. This is an excellent opportunity to join two experienced physicians in their thriving, independent, physician-owned practice.
· Full-time opportunity with a stellar practice that is experiencing continued growth – Available starting Summer 2021
· Typical work week is 4 ½ days plus shared weekend and after-hours call on the weekdays
· Call will be split 1:3 – the physicians typically get 2 telephone calls per call day; although this can vary
· Minimal inpatient work – community has a well-developed hospitalist program to collaborate with
· The practice is structured in a way that physicians can enjoy a great work/life balance
· Partnership track available
· MD or DO
· Fellowship training and board eligibility/certification in Hematology and Oncology
· California licensed or eligibility to obtain licensure in the State of California
· Candidates must be comfortable and confident enough to work in a solo setting from time to time (the physicians rotate between Arroyo Grande and Atascadero)
$395,799 - $626.583 Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee’s qualifications, experience and personal productivity.
