Sovah Danville Internal Medicine Residency Program is seeking an Internal Medicine board-certified Geriatrician for a faculty position working with both Internal Medicine and Family Practice residents in an ACGME and AOA accredited program in Danville, Virginia. Two-three years teaching experience required. The incoming physician will work in both a clinic and assisted living setting. The position is outpatient only and offers a great quality of life. The residency faculty members are hands-on, experienced, clinically-active physicians who are committed to providing the best possible learning experience for residents.
Position includes a competitive salary and benefits, annual CME allowance, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
Sitting majestically on the banks of the Dan River in the heart of southern Virginia near the North Carolina border, Danville exceeds expectations with a wide variety of activities ranging from outdoor festivals and events. This growing community is an easy drive to Greensboro, NC as well as the Raleigh/Durham Research Triangle.
