Opportunity Features
- Our health center provides care in primary care, dental and behavioral health
- Outpatient. Monday through Friday workweek
- Provide direct oversight of the medication management providers??
- Works closely with the Behavioral Health Leadership team to reach department and organizational goals
Compensation/Benefits
- Base salary. Quarterly bonus. Relocation assistance and loan repayment
- 5 weeks PTO plus 9 paid holidays and 4 days CME
- Benefits include health, dental, life, disability, and malpractice insurance, and employer HRA
- Reimbursement for licensing and certification while employed
Community/Location
- Located in eastern Connecticut. 30 miles from Hartford and 1 hour from Providence
