Progressive, academic, and open book cultured health system seeks a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician in the Sandusky / Port Sanilac area of Michigan!  1 hr from Saginaw, 2 hours from Detroit  - close to Canada

• Fully certified as level 4 trauma unit, only CAH pioneering an Oxy-Free ED, developing a Medication Assisted Therapy program, certified as a Geriatric Friendly ED
• CEO is an RN, CRNA and RT plus healthcare exec
• Affiliate of MSU-Michigan State University and CMU – RN and lab teach rotate through here

This role:

• Mon-fri , 12-15 patients per day
• Join 2 FMs, 1 IMs and 4 NPs
• Only 4 weeks of after hour call per year – very light call shared with 11 providers
• Base salary ; plus bonuses over expenses
