- 120-bed inpatient facility that includes two adult units, one child and adolescent unit, and one geriatric unit
- Each unit includes a team of social workers, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and support Physicians
- The Medical Director provides clinical and administrative leadership as well as direct clinical care
- Oversight of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, oversight of admissions process, and leading quality improvement
- Tufts Medical Faculty appointment available
- Educational and research opportunities on-site and at Mass General and Harvard Medical School
- High salary and additional compensation for evening and weekend call
