Job Summary:
We are seeking a BC/BE psychiatrist at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia.Opportunity Specifics:
- 130-bed psychiatry unit
- Embedded residency program that will be reaching a full complement of 32 residents
- This service line is increasing its patient capacity to better serve the community, which comprises outlying facilities in Pulaski and Alleghany
- GME Program is planning both addiction medicine and geriatric fellowship programs
- Inpatient part-time and PRN positions are available
- Must be Board Eligible or Certified
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
- Successful candidates will demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills, a team mentality, and an enthusiastic and innovative approach to program expansion and medical education
- Employment contract with HCA Physician Services Group
