- Outpatient Only
- Patient volume 20-25 patients per day
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 4:30 PM
- Outstanding benefits, including health, dental, life, 401 with up to 6% match, tail coverage
- 10 weeks PTO
- Base Salary: $205K, $5K for updated BC, $5K for each midlevel supervised
- Sign-on bonus and relocation covered
