Family Practice
- Base Salary: $191,250
- RVU Incentive: $10,000 Guarantee Year 1; based on production after Year 1
- Vacation accrues; 3 weeks Year 1; 4 weeks at Year 4. Sick time accrues; 40 hours annually; 6 paid holidays; calendar year allotment for CME at $3000/ 40 hours – prorated if employment begins other than Jan. 1

- Reimbursements: Board Certification or Recertification, PA Medical License, DEA, One Membership, Hospital Dues
