Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking fulltime Cardiac CRNAs to join our team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital.

Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:

• Transplant experience a plus
• Average number cases is 5 between 7p-11p with 1 overnight. No OB. No Trauma.
• Schedule for 8 CRNA cardiac team (2 person rotation each week):
• Week 1: 4,10s, Days only, Monday – Thursday, Off 3-day weekend
• Week 2: 4,10s, Days only, Monday – Thursday, Off 3-day weekend
• Week 3: Nighthawk in-house 7p-7a, Monday – Sunday
• Week 4: OFF, Monday – Sunday
• The overall anesthesia staffing model is 10 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs covering 12 ORs plus EP Lab, Cath Lab and endo
• Clinicians will be able to maintain a diverse skillset and meet the case volumes for maintaining hospital privileges

Incentive/Benefits Package:

• Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary, plus $30K in specialty stipends (cardiac and nighthawk)
• Start date bonus up to $75k and relocation assistance available
• 21 weeks total time away from Practice. 8 weeks paid with no waiting period plus 13 weeks off based on rotation
