Trauma Surgeon
SAMGI is looking for a General Surgeon with Trauma experience to join our dynamic team of Trauma and Acute Care Surgeons at a teaching level II Trauma hospital in Bakersfield, CA.
Position Details:
- Location: Bakersfield, CA
- Full-time with benefits
- Join a team of experienced surgeons with Surgical Critical Care expertise.
- Supported by well-trained PA's/NP's.
- Academic community hospital with wide range of subspeciality support.
- No billing or coding – focus on being a surgeon
Requirements
- BE/BC in General Surgery
- Must have California State Medical License
- Surgical Critical Care Fellowship is a bonus
- Proven record of clinical excellence and enjoy a collaborative working environment
- Previous experience in ACS verified Level I or II trauma program preferred
- Interest in teaching
