Envision Physician Services is currently seeking an OB CRNA to join our team at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN.

- OB Anesthesia CRNA
- 7 24-hr shifts in each 28 day period
- up to $175 base + 10k/yr OB stipend
- Ample days off for optional additional 8, 10, 12 or 24 hour shifts at attractive premium rates
