Opportunity Details:
Duties: Candidates will practice in the area of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Overview:
Prior to start date, candidate must have an MD or DO degree or a foreign equivalent State medical license and has/have completed DEA registration. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in physical medicine and rehabilitation and have completed an ACGME accredited residency.
Qualifications:
- Able to obtain a West Virginia medical license and DEA
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine
