Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at a great facility south of Eugene, OR. OR license required.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-10 hours days/50 hours per week.
- Call: Required.
- Case-mix: General, Ortho, Uro, Gyn, Optho, L3 Trauma,no peds, no hearts.
- CRNAs will practice independently.
- Credentialing: 30-45 days.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
