- Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Children years 6 and up
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-20
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
- Other Internal Medicine Physicians Provide Coverage: There will be an NP Tuesdays and Fridays; A new NP will be starting in April as well
- Locum Respond to In-House Codes? Yes
- Number of Exam Rooms: 9
- Services Available On-Site: Laboratory
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC (ConnectCare)
- Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Crash Cart, Airway
- Required Procedures: Evaluation and Mgmt. of Acute Volume / BP Issues, EKG Interpretation, Eval/management of chronic conditions, Pelvic Exam / Pap Smear, Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
