Home Health/Hospice – Nurse (RN)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven capability to drive the digital marketing functions with a focus on updating, producing, and implementing content across multiple digital platforms.

Position Highlights:
- Monday through Friday - flexible scheduling.

**Responsibilities: **
Administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional nursing services in accordance with department policies and procedures. Complete initial evaluation visit, regularly re-evaluate the patients nursing needs, initiates the plan of care and furnishes services. Coordinates services works with physicians and other personnel of changes in patients condition counsels patient and families. Participates in in-service programs, and supervises and teaches other nursing personnel.
Education: Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and a current RN license from the state of Colorado.
Experience: Must have a minimum, one (1) year experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution. Wound care experience a plus.
Licenses/Certification: Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. Valid Driver’s License, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification.

Compensation: $29.95 - $42.56/hr, depending on experience.
Benefits Eligibility
Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, and dependent care FSA: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following date of hire. PRN staff are not initially eligible for benefits, and GVH follows all Affordable Health Care Act Eligibility guidelines.
