Requirements:
- Certification in Infection Control within 27 months
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing, Epidemiology or related field (or the equivalent)
- Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, with progressive experience in the field of infection prevention
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
- Must possess a BLS certification at the time of start. (Registered Nurse only)
- Oregon license
- BLS (AHA)
