 • 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience

 • Must be willing to float and travel to local area sites as needed

 • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be insured

 • Copy of Current, Valid Driver's License

 • Geriatric patient experience

 • NXStage Dialysis Machine experience

 • CNN or CDN Certification -PREFERRED (If not in hand, must obtain within 1 year of start date)

 • Crown Web EMR experience -Preferred

 • Missouri license (Compact Allowed)

 • BLS (AHA)
