Job Summary:

• Must be board certified
• Must hold or be able to obtain an active Florida Medical License prior to start
• Be able to work various shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, including weekends
• Act as liaisons between our supervising doctors to the other medical providers on our patients case including the hospitalists, consulting teams as well as their family members, and OR scheduling office
• Order pre op testing, appropriate daily testing including radiographs, labs, and urgent studies. We assist in booking operative cases
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with many different surgeons who follow different protocols
• Perform bedside procedures including aspirations, injections, applications of splints, braces and casts, bedside I and Ds, as well as closed reductions
