Adelphi is seeking a highly experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead nursing services and ensure effective healthcare operations. The Director of Nursing Services will be a key leader within the Hospital's healthcare system, responsible for providing strategic direction and ensuring that nursing services deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

 • Current Iowa license 

 • Master or Doctorate in Nursing 

 • If your Master's/Doctorate is in a field other than nursing, you must have a BSc or BA in Nursing.

 • 7+ years experience in an administrative position in a large, complex healthcare organization

 • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple disciplines to ensure effective healthcare operations

Responsibilities: 

 • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for nursing services to ensure quality patient care.

 • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective healthcare delivery.

 • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to nursing staff.

 • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 

 • Participate in organizational committees and initiatives to advance nursing practice and patient care.
