Team-based delivery model, where primary and specialty care providers collaborate with hospital partners, and community specialists to deliver high-quality care to every patient we serve
About the Opportunity
- Full-time Family Medicine position in our community practice site south of Boston
- This is a growth position
- Flexible schedules and minimal call responsibility
- 10 Physicians with 1:1 MA support
- Specialty services include Cardiology, GI, and Endoscopy with on-site laboratory services and nearby radiology
- Population health management resources for panel support
- RN pool for triage and script refill support
- EPIC EMR
- Opportunities for teaching and research through our relationships with Harvard Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine
