POSITION SUMMARY: Works collaboratively with the Director of Service Excellence, Volunteer Services Coordinator, volunteers and hospital staff to handle supportive aspects of Christus St. Vincent (CSV) Volunteer Services.
Responsible for tracking volunteer data, requirements and onboarding processes; assisting to maintain program supplies; supporting volunteer recognition and other events; and expanding the program's use of available technology to enhance and expand.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School Education
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: N/A
SKILLS:
- Strong technology skills, adept at leveraging volunteer management software, working in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with all ages and diversities
- Organized and good at maintaining databases, spreadsheets and filing systems
EXPERIENCE: 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting and/or working with volunteers
NATURE OF SUPERVISION:
- Responsible to: Director of Service Excellence

- Bloodborne pathogen
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Working hours may vary with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies. Requires the ability to speak, listen, develop and communicate written and oral information. Frequent long periods of sitting at a desk. Extensive use of hands for writing and computer use. Moderate physical effort (able to lift/carry 50 lbs.)
