- Setting: Outpatient only

- Support: 1 RN, 5 MAs, 4 APPs, 4 office staff
- Trauma Level: N/A
- Admissions: No

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Active WA license
- BLS
- Must supervise APPs
- Clean malpractice and background

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics: Prenatal care management (low and high risk pregnancies required)
- OB Ultrasounds: Performance and interpretation required; Level I/Screening preferred; Level II/Targeted preferred
- Office/Minor GYN: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP preferred
- No deliveries, no surgical GYN required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
