We are seeking a Medical Director to provide compassionate care by rounding on adults at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

* Full-time
* Target rounding for the position is 4 days per week
* Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
* Previous post acute care experience preferred, but not required
* Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $297,809 to $337,091 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
