- No of Exam Rooms: - Fac 1: 6 same-day suites, 5 Endo suites, cath labs, IR sites - Fac 2: 1 procedure room, 5 same-day surgery suites
- No of ORs: - Fac 1: 17 - Fac 2: 4
- Trauma Level: I (Fac 1)
- Other: - Willing to work/cover 2 facilities - Trauma, cardiac, and transplant experience preferred
