JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active NY license (required)
- Board: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology (required)

- Experience: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice experience preferred
- Other Qualifications: Immunization record required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care for adults
- Manage patient caseload of 1215 patients/day
- Collaborate with onsite NP, nursing staff, and physician team
- Document encounters accurately in Epic EMR
- Perform or coordinate bone marrow procedures as appropriate
