- Vaccinations: Flu (required or exemption), COVID (not required)
- Other Qualifications: Must complete order entry and timesheets via Vemsta platform
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care
- Participate in weekend call rotation and provide consults as needed
- Manage clinic patients and coordinate care with APPs and hospitalists
- Review and manage inpatient consults (typically within 2448 hours)
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Document all encounters accurately in Epic EMR
