JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active NC license required (Not willing to license)
- Board: BC in Hematology or Oncology (double board preferred; Oncology required if treating oncology patients)
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: Minimum 23 years in Hematology/Oncology
- Other Qualifications: Must complete Epic assessment prior to start
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations and follow-ups
- Manage benign hematology and general oncology cases
- Collaborate with nurses, APPs, and pharmacists to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in limited call coverage and weekend shifts as assigned
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within Epic EMR
