- Deliver comprehensive assessment and management of uncomplicated acute conditions and stable chronic health problems
- Emphasize patient education, counseling, continuity of care, health promotion, disease prevention, and management
- Collaborate with physicians and adhere to established clinical guidelines when making patient management decisions
- Manage the daily operations of outpatient and inpatient departments, including conducting daily sick call
- Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments, including health maintenance screenings and risk evaluations
