- Other Info: All physicians submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position.

Requirements:
- Active IA License or IMLC
- BC
- COVID vaccination proof
- Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing.
- MUST be available to cover 4-week stretches at a time.
- Clean record
- Experience using Aria (preferred)
- Local/within driving distance (preferred)
