**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Clinic Hours: 7:30a–4:30p
- Clinic Volume: 16+ patients per full day
- OR Days: 2–4 per week
- Call: Rotation including soft tissue and EMTALA
- Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes
- Procedures: Trauma call, ER consults, in-office procedures, reconstructive surgical collaboration
- Support Staff: 1:1 nursing; APP support; ancillary staffing
- EMR: Epic
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Standard

**Requirements**
- Active IA license or IMLC
- Board Certified
- Experience required
- Clean malpractice and background

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
