- 7 - 9 patients per shift with 6 or less admissions per 24 hours
- 80 bed department with inpatient and outpatient rounding
- Advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries required
- Robotic surgery and percutaneous nephrolithotomy skills needed
- Radical procedures including cystectomy and prostatectomy
- Phone consults required as part of coverage duties
