Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our child, adolescent & adult outpatient team in St. Louis, MO. This is an onsite outpatient position that is Monday-Through Friday, No call No weekends.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our child, adolescent & adult outpatient team in St. Louis, MO. This is an onsite outpatient position that is Monday-Through Friday, No call No weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for child and adolescent and adult patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, trauma-informed care
- Supervise and coordinate care plans alongside attending psychiatrists and nursing staff
- Ensure timely and compliant documentation of all clinical services
- Outpatient, onsite only
- All ages, 70% Adults, 30% Children and Adolescent
Qualifications:
- Licensed PMHNP in the state of Missouri (or eligible for licensure)
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry, particularly with children and adolescents, strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload independently
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
