Night RN Flex Pool – Hilo, HI | $1,930/36-hr Contract (Med-Surg/Telemetry/ICU)

Join a Flex Pool RN team in Hilo, HI on a contract/travel basis. This night-shift role (6:45 p.m.–5:15 a.m.) starts ASAP and offers $1,930 per 36-hour period. You'll float across units to provide safe, patient-centered care and support fluctuating clinical needs.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in med-surg, telemetry, ICU, or float/flex pool nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS or other specialty certifications preferred depending on unit assignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and vital signs across assigned units.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergencies.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and health management.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying unit workflows.
